Question by Kris: Has anyone tried to stop smoking using hypnosis?
I am considering ordering Steve Ira Present's stop smoking hypnosis cd's and wanted to know if anyone has ever tried them and if they worked.

I have a tobacco sales business on a military post. And I was told I cannot sale zig zags because they can be used to roll weed even though tobacco users are the biggest customers because rolling your own tobacco is cheaper than cigarettes. So is there a post policy against this and what is it and where can I find it?

I've seen advertisements for laser therapy that claims to stop physical cravings for cigarettes. It's pretty expensive but if it REALLY works, it would be worth it. I searched on the FDA website but couldn't find any studies or documentation relating to this type of therapy.

I have recently found out I have something wrong with my heart they think its right sided ventricle and they say I need to quit smoking.
